When coupled with our candidate portal, your clients gain the ability to keep track of all the timesheets that they need to approve or have done previously. We'll even notify them when new timesheets come in that they need to approve.

When you're a temp recruitment agency, you come to understand that accurate, timely data is key to being successful. You need to be able to see who is available at a moment's notice, that why our client portal allows your clients to quickly add their own vacancies for your team to fill. We'll notify you in-app and through email too so they never get missed.
They'll also receive a weekly notification for each of their assignments to go ahead and complete their timesheets in a timely manner, which are then automatically forwarded onto the client for approval. Ready for your payroll process to commence!
Depending on the permissions that you define, your clients will even be able to see your candidates (no contact/compliance data is shown) so that they can pre-select individuals that they would be interested in working with - streamlining your workflow and allowing you to quickly fill vacancies with the most desirable candidates.
