Using our intuitive form builder, you can create custom reference templates to save time while onboarding multiple candidates.

You are able to define the question, supply guidance to the referees on how to answer it, specify the type of response you require, and also make fields mandatory. There is no limit to the amount of questions you can ask or the amount of referees you can send them to!
With Peace of Mind
We recognise how easy it is for things to be forgotten or slip through the net when you have a million other items on your to-do list, so TempAlly sends periodic reminders to the referees to prompt them to complete the reference request.

If, after a few days, they still haven't completed the reference, we then prompt your candidate as well to help nudge the referee to complete the request for them.

Once a reference has been completed, you'll get a notification, letting you know it's ready and waiting to be reviewed. You can access the reference at any time in the References section of the app, or you can navigate to a candidate's profile to quickly and easily view their references.

If the references aren't what you had hoped for, you can ask the candidate to supply additional references in the candidate portal and then send another reference request to the new referee.
We recognise that not everyone is as accustomed to using software as we are, that's why we use magic links for our referencing! Referees will receive an email with a button and a link that they can click on which will automatically authenticate them. This means they can fill out the reference without needing any login details or having to input their email.
