  • TempAlly is close, but not quite right for my agency...
    If you resonate with the question, then come and talk to us. We pride ourselves on being the most flexible and agile software provider on the market, and our current clients would all attest to that. Let us know what isn't right, or what is missing and we will happily work with you to get it implemented in TempAlly for no cost. This isn't an introductory offer either. Our clients regularly come to and ask for X feature, or Y alteration and we strive to ensure that TempAlly has everything they need to succeed.
  • What support is available?
    TempAlly staff are on hand to help 8am-8pm and you can reach us via livechat or email! Further to this, we have a constantly updated in-depth knowledge base that has how-to guides, video walkthroughs, and screenshots to empower you to navigate TempAlly confidently!
  • Does TempAlly have a free trial?
    Yes! We do have a free trial available to all new customers. The trial runs for 7 days, during which time our team will reach out to make sure you have all the support you need and, if you feel you need it, we can extend the trial for another week or two as well!
  • I'm locked into my current provider until X date
    If you're locked into your current provider but would like to switch to TempAlly, just let us know and we'll work with you to help you get set up with TempAlly at a heavily discounted rate until your contract end date. During which time we'll work with you to ensure you're ready to switch over and hit the ground running!
  • How do I add more users?
    If your temporary recruitment agency is growing and you need to add more users, in the app you can navigate to Settings > Billing then click "Update Subscription" to add as many seats as you like! This is the same way you downgrade your plan too, but you can never have less seats than you have users!
  • How does the SMS pricing work?
    The SMS upgrade is optional, comes with other benefits, and is usage based. TempAlly charges 2.5p per SMS sent through TempAlly. You'll be billed monthly for the total SMS messages sent that month, this amount you'll be billed is updated in realtime and is available to view on the Billing Settings page. For instance, if you send 150 text messages in a month, we'll charge you £2.75 at the end of the biling period.
